Kerk ZBA Adjustable Anti-backlash Nut Assembly – 303 Stainless Steel Acme Lead Screw with Kerkote TFE Coating

The patented Kerk® ZBA Series offers a cost-effective anti-backlash assembly for applications requiring precise positional accuracy. The ZBA has been developed specifically for those applications that require very smooth and consistent motion such as printing, scanning, and coordinate measurement systems.

An added benefit of the ZBA design is the ability to manually adjust the drag torque setting to match the specific requirements of the application. This drag torque can also be set at the factory to meet individual customer specifications. The inherent damping qualities of the ZBA design make it ideally suited for applications requiring noise or vibration control.

The standard ZBA unit utilizes a self-lubricating polyacetal nut radially preloaded on a 303 stainless steel acme lead screw. End matching to customer specifications and Kerkote® TFE coating are optional.
